If you like partying, Thailand is definitely a destination that should be on your list of future vacation destinations. For example, it is here that the mythical place full moon parties, which bring revelers around the world once a month (more ...) on the beach of Haad Rin. However, this is not the only place where you can spend unforgettable moments, Bangkok or Phuket are no slouch when it comes to fun.

Haad Rin Beach on the island of Ko Pha Ngan

Koh Phangnan is a small island near Koh Samui. Although much smaller than the latter, the full moon party that takes place attracts each month (click here to see the calendar from 2012 to 2013) thousands of young tourists, but also Thai. This festival legendary among backpackers from around the world took place on the 15th of each lunar month. On this occasion, all the Haad Rin Beach is overrun with young stagger between dozens of makeshift bars are installed, the sound of sonos tampered with.

The origin of this festival is obscure and participates in the legend. According to her, everything would have started with a group of backpackers celebrating a birthday on the beach, they would have so much fun they would be returned the following year, then next month ... the Thai took the deal and today is no longer a party on the beach but a giant rave. During the high season, it attracts between 20 000 and 30 000 people and the beach is overrun with people who sell alcohol and other accessories for partying (body paint fluorescent, fluorescent bracelets ...). Each bar spends his own music, which makes it just a few steps to listen to different music.

Level drinks, the formula is simple: you sell a bucket (bucket) with straws and a bottle of booze or cans of coke for mixing redbull. Warning that attack, so if you want to hold on till morning it is advisable not to start drinking too early ...

You'll have a bit of trouble finding accommodation on the Island if you do not book in advance, but you can always take a morning boat to Koh Samui.

Tips: rules of common sense, but it can not hurt to remind them.

- Ok it is a party on the beach but do not wander barefoot, you could do very well with many broken glass.
- Take only the bare essentials: a little money, a photocopy of your passport, period. Leave your valuables safe.
- Do not fall asleep on the beach, do not swim in the sea (it's dangerous when you have a hit in the nose, and the water is so hot it is because the sea acts public toilets!)
- Keep an eye on your drink, do not taste drinks from anyone, and if that's your thing you should know that it is not very smart buy drugs at these festivals: Most sellers are either plainclothes or sympathetic to scammers who are going to swing to get their goods and receive a portion of the "fine" you pay the policeman. Frankly, the game is not worth the candle. We remind you that in Thailand the possession of drugs is punishable by imprisonment or the death penalty.

Bangkok

Bangkok is a city that is rapidly changing and where you are, you'll have no trouble finding places to go. There are always new bars and clubs open. Khao San Road, Sukhumvit Soi 11 Thong Lor or Royal City Avenue are only a few areas out of Bangkok, but you'll find it anywhere. Small suggestions of nice places to party:

Electro music lovers will find their happiness in Q Bar, one of the largest rooms in Bangkok. This place was founded by two Australians broke and did not take long to become one of the essential institutions of the city. Here is the musical quality and many different DJs occur. No wonder the place is crowded most of the time. There are two stages. The major consists of a bar with boxes with benches all around, and there is a terrace. 5 resident DJs all have a unique musical style, which ensures a wide variety of music, and evenings are organized regularly. The entrance fee (but entitles you to two drinks) and there is a dress code, so do not bring flip flops!

The Bed Supper Club is another popular club in Bangkok. You will find two huge rooms, one on the R & B and house music in seconds. It owes its name to the club rooms with beds where you can sit overlooking the two rooms. The place is invaded weekend, with both locals and expats, and you must present identification and be properly dressed for renter. It is located in Sukhumvit 11, a building reminiscent of a spaceship, and offers a full service restaurant in the early evening, before the party begins.
Chic and original, it is a place apart from Bangkok.

Very popular with local youngsters, Route 66 is an original club since there is no dance floor. It was considered more important to set up tables, but do not believe it prevents people from having a good time! Divided into two zones, where you can listen to techno and trance, pop or Thai hip hop and R & B depending on where you are. Level decor is immaculate walls, screens and animations with psychedelic lights. The place is busy every night, and this is the perfect opportunity to train you to dance on the tables!

Opened in 2007, The Club is an establishment of the Khao San Road which has false air of Ibiza. Here you will find a huge room, with a huge dance floor and DJ booth, surrounded by a scene where you can play gogos dancers, overlooking the track. With its lights and lasers, the atmosphere is almost hallucinogenic and you really feel part of a rave. If you plan to talk to people who are with you, this is not the ideal place to spend the evening than in the relaxation area or smoking room. Level music programming is still in the mood Ibiza with house, electro house, techno and trance. Evenings are often organized, with DJs from around the world, and the place is open every night of the week. Admission is free.

Phuket / Patong

Phuket and Patong Beach are other places known for partying. However, depending on the location you choose, the mood will be very different. So if Patong is known among partygoers, it attracts more tourists, while Phuket is also popular among the locals, and they're doing the festival "in Thai" so to speak.

Phuket

The Thai people are very friendly and not afraid of ridicule. If partying like them (and probably with them) you tent, Marina Blue Disco is a good place to start. This property is of modest size in the basement of Phuket Merlin Hotel offers street Yaowarat and times and thoroughly pop the balloons. Before the group onstage to unleash the crowd, the atmosphere is rather quiet, with people who drink a glass background music varied. But a priori when the group begins to play the crowd is already a bit tipsy and less inhibited. We dance around (and on) tables, and the least we can say is that there is atmosphere. Memories guaranteed!

Kor Tor Mor is a pub / club is popular rendezvous in Thai kick. Located near the Circle of Hippocampus (Seahorse Circle, also known as Nimit Circle), it is shielded all weekends and Friday it is almost impossible to go if you do not point well in advance. Level music, the resident group plays Thai pop and rock in the early evening, then a DJ takes over. This is the perfect place if you want to escape the madness of Patong and mix with the locals. As in most Thai nightclubs, you can bring your alcohol free, but you will pay for ice, beer and juice / coke for your mixes. Do not bring in shorts and sandals, there is a dress code. Open from 21h to 2h.

Just 10 minutes from Phuket, the Watermark is another good place to party in the city. In Phuket Boat Lagoon marina, the boat restaurant serves delicious cuisine from 10am. That said, this is the happy hour makes it so popular with people in the game. The cocktail bar offers drinks incredibly cheap and there are bands that play live and / or music every night. The place is rather chic but do not worry, there is also known to party until dawn! The wine bar will satisfy even the most demanding, and it offers a wide selection of fine cocktails. A contemporary and glamorous outdoors.

Patong Beach

Patong beach is not the biggest or the most beautiful beach in Thailand, but it is undoubtedly one of the best places to party. The night comes alive throughout the range, with many restaurants, bars and nightclubs where you can party all night.

If you are a true clubber, you'll find something to party no time with people from everywhere. Among the recommended clubs include Club Lime is not too touristy and a place that is located down the street from the beach. It is very popular among people in the game, especially because of the quality of its music programming to a level that you will not find anywhere else on the island. The drinks are also delicious, it does not hurt, and the lighting system gives psychedelic air to the place. It is on the roof terrace as it happens, which gives you the feeling of partying outside, not bad considering the heat! Open from 18h, this is the perfect place for a drink in pleasant surroundings before things get serious towards 22h. That said, the place is relatively quiet until midnight. This closes at 2am in principle, but it is sometimes open later and admission is free. Perfect Saturday.

Seduction Discotheque is one of the best clubs in Patong. Located at the north end of Soi Bangla, it is recognizable by its red carpet at the entrance. Bangkok renowned DJs, and sometimes international DJs, occur there and the clientele consists of both Thai and tourists. The place is packed most nights of the week and there are two floors with different atmospheres. If you are connected to R & B, the first floor is the perfect place, and we pass on the second floor of the main house and dance. The decor is a little flashy with chandeliers changing colors and the DJ booth installed in the middle of the dance floor on the second floor dotted with palm trees.
